YOU AND YOUR HEALTH IN THE NEW YEAR

As we are all still in the joyous mood of witnessing the coming of another year, celebrating with friends and families, let's not forget only the living are privileged to celebrate. So many would have wished to witness this day like you and me but are no more.

For us to stay alive and active, we would need to take our health seriously. Our health should be at the forefront of other goals to be achieve for the year. Health is wealth. Without good health, we can not successfully pursue money. Anything that could jeopardise our health in whatever form should be avoided.
Below are some steps you can take to keep your health in check, be in good shape and live a happier and longer life:

* Eat well and eat right.

* Maintain high personal hygiene.

* Exercise the body regularly.

* Have regular medical check up

* All habits that can have negative effects on your health on the long run should be dropped or controlled.

* Have enough rest and never over stress yourself. When your body shows signs that it needed to rest, please REST!

* Engage the brain in challenging activities and creativities to exercise the brain.

* Take care of you inner self. Be watchful and conscious of what you have inside of you, the thoughts you allow to go through your mind every minute of eveyday which manifest on the outside..

* Do not hold grudges because while you are holding grudges, they are out dancing! Don't sleep over hassle.

* Manage and control your anger. As anger does more harm to the vessel in which it's stored than on which it's pour. Anger holds grace from flowing through you.

* Have a clear mind. Be happy and contented. Be at peace with yourself.

* As you take care of your innner self, do not deprive your outer self the needed cares and   pampering too. Your skin, the body outer layer that house the real you should not be neglected. Take care of it daily, pamper it, and cover it up in good clothing. Be in what you feel good and comfortable to appear in but always remember you shall be addressed the way your are dressed.

* Express love and be helpful to others. Never neglect the 'little' things that matter like family and friends. Play with your kids and spend time with your spouse. Hang out and have fun with friends and never forget the extended family members too when the need arises.

* Above all, do not cheat your body of its needed care and rest just because you are too       busy pursuing money. Remember, it's only when you are alive and healthy that you can     successfully pursue and enjoy the money.
